A test for Parliament's honourable gentlemen (2)

Following what went on in Parliament last week I got my thinking cap on and came up with a solution to save a lot of taxpayer money. Rather simple really: revamp Renzo Piano's plans to incorporate the new Parliament building with the proposed Opera House. Recent performances are certainly worthy of a joint building.
