Man admits stealing, selling vehicle
Roderick Muscat, 22 of Tarxien, was this morning handed a suspended jail term after he admitted to stealing a Pajero four wheel drive vehicle, driving it without a licence and insurance, and then selling it.
The theft took place in February 2009.
Mr Muscat was given a two year jail term suspended for four years and fined €2,300. His driving licence was suspended for a year. He was also placed under a supervision order for two years.
The police are also expected to charge the person who bought the vehicle.

What about the owner of the pajero. will he be compensated to the full ammount of what the car was worth and not just what the insurers might have offered him ?

" driving without a licence ". No difference, there to to having no licence, to begin with.
