The UHM has ordered workers in government dispensaries to open one hour late and close one hour early because of government delays in the filling of vacancies for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

The union said the workers should not work overtime after 1.30 p.m. and they should not communicate with e-mails, phones or faxes, except in emergencies.

The dispensaries will also not be opened on Saturdays.
