This is very nice to hear & hoping that he will be back to normal in no time at all. On a different theme altogether. During festa times not all the people can rely on having a good night's rest (some people do work shifts) with all the festa bangs, loud band marches,etc. In this case, the minority rules the majority. Hoping Dr. Carm Mifsud.Bonnici will keep on insisting on new laws regarding this kind of nuisance.
