Against the law?

It's not every day that a pretty girl wearing a bikini is seen rollerblading through the fountains of St George's Square, Valletta. But since the old parking lot was transformed into an open space, the possibilities are endless. Or are they? The fashion shoot of Pink magazine had to be cut short yesterday because apparently people are not allowed to wear swimwear anywhere but the beach.

Don't generalize. When my (then) 2 year old son fell some stairs and started bleeding, I just grabbed my son and ran all the way to the clinic (about half a km). I was without a shirt (I actually took it off and wrapped it on the bleeding wound), and you know what, I coudn't have cared less. If I had just got out of the shower and was naked, I'd have done the same. If it's against the law, fine me, put me in prison - whatever suits your bronze age fancy, see if I care or would jeopardize my son's health for stupid laws! The people at the clinic had no problem with my semi nudity (I find it hard to conceive a doctor or nurse who has a problem with naked people).

Hellooooo!!! Are you awake?!?! Isn't that just what YOU are doing? Ah I see, it's ok for you but not for anyone who does not see things like you do. How typical.

Are you for real??? what does sun cream have to do with this?? Is it not better that people are actually protecting themselves from the dangers of the sun? Or should we make everyone cover themselves from head to toe in public.
Oh and for all the other commentators saying that all fat people should be covered up, well how dare you!! What might be fat and ugly to you may be beautiful to someone else. Who has the right to judge whether someone is too FAT to show off their bodies. Whether you agree or disagree with the swimwear "argument" one rule should apply to all, not just the "beautiful" people.

Yes, we agree... but once again - this is a photoshoot!!! And the people sitting behind her don't seem to be scandalized! They're not even looking her way! It's not a big deal!!

Dignity? What dignity? I thought this was about tits and bums and the best way to package and show them near water.
