The second Rotary Hands-On Day, organised by Rotary Club Malta, was held recently at Dar Jeanne Antide in St Venera.

During the event, the 75 volunteers carried out several activities such as painting two corridors and a large room, as well as weeding, pruning, and tidying the gardens.

Volunteers were friends, colleagues and family members of Rotary Club Malta, Rotary Club La Valette and the Rotaract Club, with many corporate sponsors.

The Rotary Hands-On Days allow volunteers to help in a physical manner rather than their wallets to upgrade facilities at chosen institutes.

The next one will be held in October. More details are available at www.rotary.org.mt.
