Re/Max recognises associates for 'Succeed'

Re/Max Malta recently recognised a group of 18 associates after successfully completing its 'Succeed' course.

'Succeed' is an eight-week intensive training programme designed to upskill Re/Max associates and assist them to build a career and develop them into successful real estate consultants.

The training programme covers business planning, goal setting, dealing with buyers, dealing with sellers and marketing techniques.

The associates represented all offices in Malta, including Re/Max Property Centre in Victoria.

Jeffrey Buttigieg, regional director, said the Re/Max philosophy was based on education and training. He said the more associates learnt to provide customers with a good service, the better sales would be, creating a win-win situation for both associates and customers.

The Re/Max philosophy is so focused on education that the company recently re-branded its university and included IPTV, which is television broadcast from any PC in high-definition quality.

Through IPTV, Re/Max associates who cannot attend training sessions can follow through IPTV either live or on demand. Besides following specific courses, one can choose from thousands of hours of other educational material and webinars that tackle various real estate topics.
