Campaigners call for climate court
Participants in a conference on climate change are demanding 300 billion US dollars in annual compensation from wealthy countries and transnational companies to deal with the effects of global warming.
Leftist Bolivian President Evo Morales is leading the meeting of thousands of social activists and officials.
They proposed a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 5% by 2020 and the creation of a international climate court to penalise countries that don't reduce their emissions.
The conference was born out of opposition to the Copenhagen Accord brokered by President Barack Obama at a December summit that would raise nearly 30 billion US dollars over three years to help poor countries combat the effects of climate change.

Climate change has turned into a bad joke, being abused by leftist politicans, communist even, to try to finance their countries abuses by our western democracies' monies. SHAME. Climate change is not science at all. It is just dirty and corrupt politics all the way from the White House to Peking.
There is another one being cooked by the left: A UN declaration of Ecocide, declaring Ecocide as a crime against humanity. Meaning, the UN will establish a limit on how much carbon a country can burn, and if that ise exceeded, it s prime minister will go to jail and such similar things, even down to personal levels. This is the new communism taking over the planet.
