Answering a parliamentary question by Dr Luciano Busuttil (PL), Justice Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici said that there are 10,786 hunters and 2,937 trappers that are registered. Of these, 6,737 and 1,453 respectively have a renewed licence. 1,950 have both hunting and trappers licences, 1,126 have a renewed licence.
