• Gaulitanus: A Festival of Music will continue with three events this week. Tomorrow the Italian piano duo Andreina Nascani and Fernanda Raponi will give a four-hand recital at the Gozo Ministry, Victoria at 8 p.m. On Wednesday, Island Brass Quintet will give an open-air concert at St Theodore Street, Xewkija, at 7.30 p.m. In case of bad weather, the concert will be held at the Prekursor Band Club Hall. The Gaulitanus choir soloists will present An Evening with Gilbert and Sullivan at the Gozo Ministry on Saturday at 8 p.m. Entrance for all concerts is free.

• An exhibition of hand-made crafts by Xagħra elderly people who attend the day care centre, traditional wooden galleries, plans of proposed projects by Xagħra council and plans of the Ġgantija project launched by Heritage Malta and financed by the EU will be inaugurated at Dun Alwiġ Camilleri Hall at the Victory Philharmonic Society's band club, Xagħra, on Friday at 7.30 p.m.

• Xagħra Day will be marked with an evening at Victory Square on Saturday at 7.45 p.m. The Ġieh ix-Xagħra 2010 award will be presented. The Victory Philharmonic Society and the Xagħra Scout Group will take part.
