Deloitte helps charitable causes

Deloitte, together with other leading organisations, recently joined forces in financial support and a day of voluntary work by their employees to help charitable causes on Corporate Social Responsibility Day.

Deloitte, Gasan Group of Companies, HSBC Bank Malta, Simonds Farsons Cisk and the Tumas Group with the support from the Junior Chamber International and the Association of the Sovereign Military and Hospitaller Order, carried out maintenance of homes accommodating disadvantaged children and adults in difficult circumstances.

Deloitte employees carried out works for Aġenzija Appoġġ and further embellished Dar Qalb ta' Ġesù - a second stage domestic violence shelter.

Catherine Gonzi, the Prime Minister's wife, who chairs the HSBC Cares for Children Fund, visited the different homes. Archbishop Paul Cremona also supported this initiative.
