Fire destroyed three cars in separate incidents last night.
The fires were reported in Old Bakery Street and Wells Street, Valletta, and in Sliema near Sacro Cuor Church. Fire-fighters from the Civil Protection Department were on the scene in all cases.
Picture at right, taken by Karina Fiorini, shows the vehicle ablaze in Old Bakery Street. The incident happened at about 11.40 p.m. The car was parked at the time.
