Massage parlour owner arraigned
A Chinese man who owns a massage parlour was yesterday charged with employing people without a work permit.
Hou Tao, 27, who owns the Golden Horse restaurant and the Hua Xin Massage Centre in Attard, pleaded not guilty to employing people without a work permit on Thursday and before.
He also pleaded not guilty to employing foreigners who did not have a permit and failing to inform the Employment and Training Corporation about them.
Magistrate Miriam Hayman granted Mr Tao bail against a personal guarantee of €2,000.

So even in civilized Malta, we do arraign people for being found working illegally.
So why all the fuss about the Swiss gentleman having been found illegally working in Libya.

They all do it over here as well - the Chinese are notorious for employing illegal workers. Our border police swoop on their establishments on a regular basis in certain areas and there is always illegals working in them.
