A Bingo75 player made what is probably Malta's biggest ever bingo snowball by marking all 24 numbers within the first 50 numbers drawn to win €84,678.20.

It must have been an amazing experience for the player, given that the last four numbers needed to win the snowball on March 30 were among the last five drawn, which were eligible for the snowball category, Maltco said. In fact, the 24th number required to complete the grid was the 50th number to be drawn.

The €3 ticket was bought from a Valletta outlet and the winning grid was no. 492.

Maltco's general director Mario Cassar said he was happy the snowball was won in just four months from the launch of Bingo75.

The minimum guaranteed snowball amounts to not less than €50,000 and a player has three category chances of winning: Corners, Snowball and House. One can win more than one category with the same ticket. If no winners are declared in either the Corners or House categories, the funds for those categories are rolled over to the Snowball category of the next draw.
