Farsons have filed an application to the Malta Stock Exchange requesting the approval of a prospectus for the issue of unsecured and unsubordinated bonds of €15,000,000 redeemable between June 15, 2017 and June15, 2020.

The company said the proceeds from the bond issue would be used to finance a bond exchange programme for the 6.6% SFC Bonds 2010-2012 which are due for redemption on 2nd November 2010 and for general financing requirements including the construction of the new brewhouse.
