11 a.m. The President is presented with a book entitled The Historical Collection - Celebrating Malta's Heritage Through Stamps by Joe Said, Maltapost chairman at the Palace, Valletta.

Noon. The President receives a courtesy call from committee members of De Rohan Band Club.

Thursday

9 a.m. Mrs Abela presides over the Malta Community Chest Fund Working Committee at San Anton Palace.

11 a.m. The President is presented with a book entitled The Siege of Malta 1565 - Matteo Perez - D'Aleccios Frescoes in the Grand Masters Palace, Valletta by Daniel Cilia and Fr Charles Cilia.

11.30 a.m. The President receives a courtesy call from Carmen Zammit, Commissioner for Children.

1.30 p.m. The President visits the Bighi Restoration Unit Heritage Malta in Kalkara.

Friday

12.30 p.m. The President and Mrs Abela host a luncheon in honour of John Dalli, Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy, at San Anton Palace.

Sunday

11 a.m. The President attends the annual Scout Parade at St George's Square, Valletta.
