@ Anna Farrugia: If I were you, before starting to attack individuals who comment, I would not comment about things happening in Malta with which you are not so conversant. In other words, lady, qedha titkellem barra mill-vaz!

Myself and my combat display team (The Freelancing Knights of Redemption) are looking forward to partaking in this glorious event. We hope you will all enjoy our show, and we can't wait to explore your lovely island.
Please everyone come talk to us, we will be out and about for the days before and after the festival,
Paul

Mr Ellul - What an excellent idea for this wonderful event. I wish I was in Malta for I'd sure go and visit.
As for Mr Ebejer - thallatx! If more flowers are required for the Pope, those can easily be imported like anything that you might eat or drink which is not locally produced! Haven't you noticed that Malta has joined the EU, or are you still living in days gone by where we could not find decent things on the island! Enjoy the festival Mr Ebejer!

@ John Ebejer Kindly distinguish that the festival at Mdina is a tourist attraction and therefore flowers are a form of attraction. Regarding the Pope’s visit I taught that it was a religious activity and could as well reach it’s aims by simplicity within its organisation. Therefore the aims of the two activities are quite different that I am sorry to say, they cannot at all be compared.

Glad to see that nobody has attacked the authorities of a waste of money and of flowers, as is the case with flowers for the Pope's visit. Makes you think.

This was really excellent last year - I shall be going again.
But I would echo the request for a shuttle bus service - as a Rabat resident, it gets frustrating when you can't park your car within 2km of your own house for 2 days...

It would be a worthwhile idea to consider organising a free shuttle bus service from Ta' Qali to Mdina to avoid the traffic chaos and parking dilemma that is bound to clog all the roads in the vicinity.

I wish I could be there to see it.
