Melita Mobile subscriber wins HTC Diamond mobile phone

A Melita Mobile subscriber won an HTC Diamond mobile phone after taking part in a competition marking Melita's first year of operation in mobile communications.

Melita Mobile has just introduced new Unlimited pay monthly plans - M, L and XL, costing €12, €15 and €25 a month respectively.

Customers subscribed to one of these plans can make unlimited calls to all Melita Mobile and Melita fixed line numbers and unlimited calls to a selection of two, three or five numbers on other networks. They also get a generous amount of free text messages and a free 3G mobile phone, depending on their usage.

Participants were asked to send answers via a text message during Melita Mobile's anniversary week, explaining which mobile phone feature they use most and why.

The winning SMS by Eric Abdilla read: "I mainly call because Melita Mobile calls are cheap compared to other networks and provide me with an excellent service."
