every year i wait eagerly for this fireworks festival! Always in my mind the unfortunate poeple who loose their lives whilst doing this job.

This is not cheap entertainment, a lot of time and dedication and hard work goes into this event. Good luck to Mgarr Firework factory and everybody involved.

L.Cutajar, entertainment indeed it is !! Why do you have to be negative about a such a lovely local tradition which is perfectly capable of subdueing any international competitor in humble submission. ??

Go for it, Maltese craftspeople, show the Italian participants here what Maltese fireworks is all about. !!!

hm good point to ponder about mark..........by the way have you heard about Caput Lucis and who won it in Rome??

@ L Cutajar - get your costings right - fireworks are anything but cheap. we are proud to have a couple of state of the art fireworks factories in Mqabba.
