Floriana scored three goals into the second half to ease past Dingli Swallows 3-0 at the Hibs Stadium.

It was far from an accomplished performance from the Greens who looked a disjointed lot in the first half where they struggled to break down a solid Dingli defence.

However, after the interval Floriana stepped up a gear and Ryan Darmanin put them on their way when he fired the ball home with a fine overhead kick on 49 minutes.

Michael Ghebru grabbed his first goal for the Greens on 53 minutes to double his team advantage before substitute Clifton Ciantar sealed the points with a swerving drive eight minutes from time.

Ryan Darmanin was voted as the BOV Player of the Match.
