Was Mr Caruana guided properly as to where to look for help for a drinking problem. He said he was willing to do something about it. Alcoholics Anonymous contact number is 21239264. The service is free. Or he can contact Sedqa,. The sooner the better, if he has a problem.

How about some community service work to go along with the suspended sentence?
