Laferla Insurance appointment

Mark Laferla Jr has been named assistant general manager at Laferla Insurance Agency after gaining ample experience on personal lines and commercial insurance business.

Mr Laferla completed his insurance studies at the Malta International Training Centre and at 19 had already qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK, one of the youngest students to achieve the status worldwide.

In his new post, Mr Laferla will be focusing on business development, building on the company's reputation and service levels.

An avid aviation enthusiast, Mr Laferla also holds a private pilot's licence.
