Support Malta, which helps all types of crime victims, has launched a new website to serve as a reference point for people needing information.

The website - www.victimsupportmalta.org - is intended to help victims of crime rebuild their lives and to offer support to those who witnessed crimes first-hand.

It carries information on how VSM handled past cases and what sort of solutions can be offered to victims.

The website is linked to an ongoing campaign to raise awareness about VSM and its services, which will soon include legal and psychological aid.

VSM's Roberta Leprè said: "No matter whether it has been today, a week ago or a year ago, you can always contact us if you think we can give you support, information or both."

VSM accepts all forms of support, donations and volunteer work.

For more information visit www.victimsupportmalta.org or call the VSM helpline on 2122 8333.
