Carnival photo competition winner

Tonio Schembri of Victoria won the Carnival in the City 2010 competition organised by Victoria council with his photo Green Envy.

Mario Saliba and Cynthia Saliba were awarded honourable mention certificates.

The presentation was made by Victoria mayor Samuel Azzopardi at the Banca Giuratale in Vic-toria last Sunday. French photographer Xavier Wam-bergue also participated in the competition.
