Style on Sunday is prowling the island in search of four women to fill the designer shoes of iconic fashionistas starring in the blockbuster Sex and the City.

The magazine, out with The Sunday Times tomorrow, is offering amazing prizes as part of a competition to celebrate the launch of the film's sequel.

This issue features Mandy Micallef Grimaud on the cover who talks about the life she shares with television personality husband Peppi Azzopardi.

Her life has taken some interesting twists thanks to her career behind the lens of the programme Xarabank; she details the exciting - and sometimes terrifying - adventures she has encountered.

Style also meets six of Malta's most prominent female lawyers to learn more about their opinions on pressing issues, including the privacy of the judiciary and whether Malta needs a sex offenders' registry.

On a different note, startled to learn that more than 400 people are reported missing in Malta every year, journalist Miriam Dalli spoke to the families of two people who have been missing since 2008, and discovered the heartache they face every day.

And, sitting on the cusp of spring, Style celebrates this time of year by covering the trends in the fashion world, put together by Carina Camilleri.

The magazine also details how best to fill your home with flowers, how to achieve this season's stylish beauty look and which delicacies to serve up as the weather gets warmer.

Style on Sunday is published by Content House, edited by Jo Caruana, designed by Brian Grech and styled by Steven Azzopardi.
