Man injured in traffic Lija accident

A 39-year-old man from Naxxar sustained injuries in a traffic accident in Mosta Road, Lija, the police said yesterday.

The accident happened at about 8.30 p.m. The car the man was driving, a Daihatsu Charmant was involved in a collision with Hicom 160 van which was being driven by a 20-year-old man from Luqa who was unhurt.
