UEFA will be conducting a draw at their offices in Switzerland later on this month to determine a schedule for the Euro 2012 Group F qualifiers after negotiations between national association delegates reached an impasse, yesterday.

The Malta FA said in a statement that after hours of discussion and careful consideration, delegates did not manage to come to a conclusion regarding the fixtures list which covers the period September 2010 and October 2011.

"UEFA will now settle the issue with a draw in Nyon," the Malta FA said.

Talks yesterday were held at the King George Palace Hotel, in Athens. The MFA was represented by association president Joe Mifsud, coach John Buttigieg and national teams manager Ivan Vella.

The teams in Group F are Croatia, Greece, Israel, Latvia, Georgia and Malta.
