The Prime Minister and ministers Tonio Fenech and Austin Gatt said the utility tariffs will be not suspended because Enemalta had a hefty debt to pay off and because of past mismanagement at Enemalta and the Water Services Corporation.

So the public asks: are the past corporation chairmen and board members going to pay for their mismanagment and lack of control while in office? Is it right that the public has to pay for their mistakes? We demand a reply.
