Godwin Cassar, former director general of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority (centre), was recently honoured by Din l-Art Ħelwa at a special function held at the organisation's headquarters in Melita Street, Valletta, which was also attended by Mepa chairman Austin Walker. Din l-Art Ħelwa executive president Martin Galea and other officials of the NGO presented Dr Cassar with a commemorative award.
