Law firm Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal (FFF Legal) has relocated its head office to the Tower Business Centre in Swatar.
FFF Legal was formed last June following the merger of three professional practices.
The founding partners, Christian J. Farrugia, Tonio Fenech, Antoine Fiott and Damien Fiott, all enjoy a consolidated experience and reputation in the legal and tax consultancy fields.
"FFF Legal has brought together professionals who hold a common vision and set of values.
"We aim to address the need for flexibility and integrated thinking, which will ensure relationship-driven and cost-effective approaches for the benefit of our clients," co-managing partner Tonio Fenech said.
"FFF Legal has developed an open architecture management model, in developing a professional grouping which includes trust and corporate services, as well as back-office management support services."
"At the end of 2009, the group's professionals and support staff numbered 30 in total and we are planning further managed growth in the coming months," co-managing partner Christian Farrugia added.
"This will be marked both by organic expansion as well as alliances and other forms of collaboration with targeted centres of expertise both locally and overseas.
"We intend to attract lawyers who are qualified in Malta and abroad; and the possibility of establishing specialised units in partnership with other experts from other professions and disciplines in particular areas."
The concept of multi-disciplinary collaboration being developed is that of an interactive community of like-minded independent professionals wishing to serve the wider global community in an advisory or process management supporting role, in a manner that endeavours to combine comprehensiveness and flexibility in an interactive and cost-smart fashion.
FFF Legal's areas of specialisation include corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisition, taxation, fiduciary structures, employment law, tax and estate planning, competition law, banking and financial services, shipping and aviation law, gaming regulation and dispute resolution.
