PL's recruitment drive
Former Labour Party president Manuel Cuschieri is conducting Labour leader Joseph Muscat's recruitment drive across Malta.
He is "going around every home, irrespective of political beliefs", or so he said in comments he gave to this newspaper a few days ago.
Why the Labour leader would ever ask Mr Cuschieri to represent him across the board in a nation-wide recruitment drive is beyond me.
The least that could have been expected, however, is that Mr Cuschieri would try his best to appear renewed and modern. But he is evidently not capable of this either.
Speaking with an air of pomp and achievement, Mr Muscat's front-man reminded readers of this newspaper that he "was part of the winning team in 1996".
What a delightful element to have in one's CV. He would have done well to erase his pre-millennium participation in local politics from his memory.

Ang..Despite your spectacular political carrer, we all know that you're still so young, and yet , alas, you are already unable to look or sound modern......Talk about pots and kettles!!!!!!
I wonder what you'll sound like when you approach 50!!!!!!

Ever heard of free speech? I'm sure you have - you make use of it often enough. How about letting somebody else enjoy the same right?

Dear Angelo
Your concern about how the PL operates is turning into an obsession.
Just read what 3 leading english sunday papers had to say about the PN on their front pages today and there is enough to keep you busy and distracted from the PL.

Ang, how else can the Labour Party identify its supporters and those who are 'not with them'?
The list could come very handy should they ever govern.
To heck with privacy!

Ang, you should be writing about the extension of the Power Station, not about trivialities that does not concern you, got it!
