MFSA signs MoU with Chinese counterpart
Following the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Malta Financial Services Authority has also signed a memorandum of understanding with the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
The MoU establishes an arrangement for the sharing of supervisory information and will enhance co-operation in banking supervision to the extent permitted by laws and regulations in force in Malta and China.
