Gerrard waxwork unveiled

The figure will go on display at Madame Tussauds in London next week where it will be placed alongside other England stars David Beckham and Wayne Rooney. Sculptors met with Gerrard last October, taking over 300 precise measurements and a collection of reference photographs to work with. The waxwork has taken four months and cost £150,000.
