When one graduates from a UNiversity, one makes his own choices to abide by restrictions and must move in a path in which he is not free to cheat and do what he likes. A graduate teacher must never misuse sick leave for example to go to London shopping, nor a doctor misuse medical certificates.
If teachers, doctors, magistrates, chief court judges, notarys and religious graduades do not realise that the licence to serve the public, brings with it the delivery of respect, responsibility and integrity ALL THE TIME even in our private affairs, then it does not surprise me that at Carnival Time in Gozo someone will eventually imitate the clowning of some graduates, but I do not think the police should take actions against all the graduate imitators that I mentioned, for clowning of graduates, in many areas, do exist.
