Swine flu pandemic hit European children - study
The pandemic of H1N1 swine flu raised the death rate among children across Europe late last year but not adults, researchers reported.
Early reports showed about a 28 percent rise in deaths among children aged 5 to 14 in eight countries, Anne Mazick of the Statens Serum Institut in Copenhagen, Denmark and colleagues found.
This added up to about 77 deaths above what would normally be seen in that age group in those months, they reported in the online journal Eurosurveillance at http://www.eurosurveillance.org/ViewArticle.aspx?ArticleId=19480.
Estimating deaths from influenza is tricky, as most people are never tested, deaths cannot always be linked to flu and the cases of death are not always clearly reported. "This estimate is probably conservative due to delay in reporting," the European researchers added.
Mazick and colleagues pooled data from Belgium, Denmark, Greece, the Hesse region of Germany, Malta, Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland -- a population of 66.8 million people.
"Our preliminary data show that the mortality reported during the 2009 influenza pandemic did not reach levels normally seen during seasonal influenza epidemics," the researchers wrote.
But they found 77 extra deaths among the 5- to 14-year-olds above what would normally be seen during that time.
"The steep rise of deaths after week 41 coincided with widespread pandemic influenza activity in the participating countries," they wrote.
"An excess number of 77 deaths corresponds roughly to a 28 percent increase in mortality among children 5-14 years old coinciding with the pandemic."
In comparison, the United States, with 300 million people, has confirmed more than 300 child deaths from H1N1 and says there were likely far more. That is more than double the numbers seen during the annual seasonal flu epidemic.

Have you ever notice how the 'uninformed people' are the people researching, and reading about a subject from different sources, and the 'informed' are the people relying on the companies produce and sell the product.

Matthew Spagnol - Are you suggesting that a 1980's disease (H1N1) was manufactured/engineered by some government?
If anything, it's all thanks to you [people] which don't give a cent to hygiene. Let me guess, you didn't cover your mouth last time you coughed, did you? How many times do you mix with other people outside your circle per day? 10? 100? If it weren't for vaccines, we'd have less then today's population, which, on second would have been better - I wouldn't have to keep correcting uninformed people.
Ludwig Flask - That depends on certain factors. If you meant [infected] carrier, then no. But, someone could always pick up a contaminated tissue and pass it one to someone else who gets infected.
But that would be just paranoid thought, since that kind of thing happens anytime regardless of vaccination (except perhaps a slight increase in infections).

Can those who got the vaccine pass H1N1 to those whom didn't get the vaccine?

@ Steve Sant
Seeing that according to many on this blog, quoted that 'video' as a reliable source of information,
I'm checking how many children died from the vaccine, comparing it with this study, to see whether I will give it to MY children
I don't see mention of any deaths from the vaccine.
I can see an obvious choice.

I guess that the flu is doing exactly what it was intended to. Sadly as it may seem. The older generations are far easier manipulated and controlled than the younger ones. And that is what the leaders of the coming world order fear most.
A very interesting fact that the pregnant women and the young children were most compelled to take the vaccine. Those who took vaccine believe themselves right and those who didn't believe themselves right too. Sadly, both the flu and the vaccine seem manufactured to the same ends. If the governments where interested in our health they would not have permitted the HUMAN MANUFACTURING of the H1N1 flu in the first place.

take things with a twist or you could put swine flu in the search button and hundreds of crack pot pages will appear

It would be interesting to know what percentage of these unfortunate children had been vaccinated against swine flu.
