Pop sensation Ronan Keating will be giving a live concert on April 3 at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre in Ta' Qali as part of his world arena tour.

The Boyzone frontman, famous for hit singles Life Is A Rollercoaster, When You Say Nothing At All and If Tomorrow Never Comes, will be in Malta as part of the tour to promote his latest album, Songs For My Mother, which kicked off yesterday in New Zealand.

Before he reaches Malta, the Irish heart-throb will have performed in Ireland, Scotland, Germany and England. So far, Malta is slated at the last leg of the tour, although this is subject to change. Ronan Keating is mostly famous for his ballads and love anthems - his first single, When You Say Nothing At All, sold more than half a million copies when it was released in 1999 as part of the soundtrack to Notting Hill.

His latest album, Songs For My Mother, is already a massive hit with fans and was recorded together with a band and a live orchestra in memory of the singer's late mother, who succumbed to breast cancer in 1998.

The event is being organised by NnG promotions, also responsible for organising concerts by Elton John, Bryan Adams, Eros Ramazzotti, Sting, Roger Waters, Laura Pausini, Joseph Calleja and Michael Bolton, among others.
