Attard needs a thorough clean-up

I have been a resident in Attard for the past 25 years and I have never seen any progress with regard to cleanliness.

The green skips in this village seem to be non-existent and don't seem to have yet dawned in the minds of our councillors. The bring-in site is generally filthy and full of garbage bags. The irony of it all is that we often receive a letter from the local council informing us that we are leaving garbage out in the street.

It is true that some neighbours occasionally dispose of the garbage late at night, however does one blame them if they do not have any skips in this "sought-after" village?
