Solar heater rebate

I thank the Malta Resources Authority for contacting me in reference to my letter of January 27 on the subject of solar water heater rebate. I would like to apologise to the MRA as it would appear that there was no error on their part, but that my contractor had told me to forward the application to the wrong government department.
