A business management graduate who owned a franchise specialised in the cruise travel industry has been appointed chief business development officer of Viset Malta plc.

Renè Cummings has over 20 years of business management and marketing experience in a variety of industries and market sectors. She was president and owner of a US nationally-recognised cruise only franchise exclusively specialised in the cruise travel industry in the Washington DC area for over 10 years and also worked as a public relations specialist for a leading cruise line.

Her educational credentials include a University degree in business management with further specialised marketing studies at the University of Maryland, USA.
