The money spent on this project is gonna be worthed as there is a need to welcome tourists and the Maltese travelling to Gozo in the right way, fresh look and welcoming.

Minister Austin Gatt the longer you wait to get started the more the cost goes up, that's a fact, so please make sure this project gets started as soon as possible. The way the terminal is now, is a disgrace to all Maltese and Gozitan citizens, not to mention a big disappointment to tourists, who have to weather the elements of Summer and Winter. You did an excellent job with the Grand Harbor, the same attention should be given to the Cirkewwa Terminal. And as Mr Ferriggi pointed out, hope you include the road from Ghadira Bay to Cirkewwa as part of the improvement project. Earlier you said that the project should be finished by 2013but now you say its completion date depended on the award of the tender? I was aiming for 2012.

I suggest that we do away with grandiose designs and fancy stuff.
we do not afford it, and we are not good at grandiosity projects.
a good project which has been a success and which should be followed is the Malta International Airport.
no too fancy,, not too complicated. but served its function well.
may i also suggest that the road from mellieha to cirkewwa is also redesigned,,, and rebuilt.
it is more like a country lane rather than an arterial road which serves 1/5 of the population.

Multiply this by 2.5 for good measure - you never know!!! overrruns seem to occur in Malta. Take the Manoel DImech Bridge for instance :)
