A rare political breed

Former minister George Bonello Dupuis' comments to The Sunday Times reported in the December 27 edition cannot pass unnoticed.

They provide enough food for thought to all those who believe they are greater than the party and think that going public with one's gripes is in any way justifiable.

Dr Bonello Dupuis is an outstanding example of a perfect gentleman, unwavering and loyal to party leadership, no matter what.

The way he bowed gracefully to the decision by the then Prime Minister to remove him from his Cabinet post years ago is a lesson in itself. He is one of a kind, so rare to find.
