Homes of Quality sales revenue up 300 per cent

Homes of Quality, part of the Frank Salt Real Estate Group, has registered growth throughout all its operations during 2009, an overall increase of 300 per cent in sales revenue compared to 2008.

The company, which was established in 2004 and operates from Sliema's Tower Road, is focused on the marketing and sales of the top quality properties in the Frank Salt Real Estate portfolio.

This positive result was announced at the group's annual staff party. Homes of Quality director Grahame Salt said, "2009 was a spectacular year for us. We have managed to hit all targets set for the year and our turnover has increased by more than 300 per cent over last year.

"This is very positive news not only for the company, but also for the local property market in general.

"Despite the slowdown that has been experienced in the local economy throughout the first half of this year, we have continued to be successful. We feel this is partly due to the professional and consistent way in which my team of property consultants operate and service our clients, as well as to the fact that people are always willing to buy good quality property offered at a good price.
