I honestly believe that the Mepa Planning Appeals Board is presently NOT meeting. There are two such Boards really and I think none of them are hearing cases. Somebody told me that thes Appeals Boards areno longer constituted, their set-up agreement having now elapsed. I stand to be corrected about this though.
The funny thing is that objectors with cases being heard by the Planning Appeals Board do not really know what is going on. These people have paid a fee to have their case heard...surely they have a right to see it decided!
Could somebody from the P.M.'s office please send in a Comment to inform the public about the real state of affairs please? Surely that much is expected in a transparent society. Can the administration really afford to treat people with disdain? Oh, come on!
