A car has been parked and clamped in the same spot in Triq Abela in St Venera for the past five weeks and had been previously been parked there before for quite a while.

The vehicle's licence has been expired for over a year, as can be clearly seen from the windscreen sticker. It is taking valuable parking space.

I ask the relevant authority why this car has not been towed away and for how long they expect it to stay there. And has its owner been notified about the clamping?
