The third in the series of cultural tours by The Malta Council for Culture and the Arts is on January 24.

Participants, together with professional guides will visit the newly restored Villa Francia in Lija, the Carmelite Museum and Convent in Mdina and Palazzo Stagno in Qormi.

The tour will also visit the National Centre for Research and Development in Għammieri and the Australian Bungalow that was used to train Maltese nationals in construction techniques prior to their immigration to Australia.

The meeting places are Floriana (next to the Independence Monument) and Sliema (opposite the Nazzarene Church) at 8.45 a.m. Tickets cost €11 for adults and €8.50 for senior citizens and children. Departure for English speaking participants is Sliema.

Bookings together with payments must be made by January 20 at noon, at the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts, 230 Republic Street, Valletta.
