The draws for the next rounds of the U*Bet FA Trophy, the National League 100 Anniversary Cup and the Quick Keno KO for Division Two and Three clubs will be shown live on local television in the coming weeks.

The draw for the Anniversary Cup quarter-finals and the Quick Keno KO semi-finals will be held on January 21 and those of the FA Trophy on February 4.

Both draws will be held during the MFA Magazine programme on Smash TV which is broadcast on Thursdays at 8.30 p.m.

The eight teams in the second round of the FA Trophy are Balzan Youths, Dingli Swallows, Floriana, Ħamrun Spartans, Marsaxlokk, Qormi, St Patrick and Tarxien Rainbows.

The victors from this round will join top seeds Hibernians, Valletta, Birkirkara and holders Sliema Wanderers in the quarter-finals.

The Malta FA yesterday confirmed that the new dates for the FA Trophy semi-finals will be May 17 and 18 and not May 10 and 11 as originally scheduled in the 2009-10 calendar.

The change was needed after the MFA confirmed that the national team will play a friendly international against Germany in Aachen on Thursday, May 13.

The FA Trophy final will take place on Sunday, May 23.

Meanwhile, the names of Floriana, Ħamrun, Hibernians, Lija, Mosta, Sliema, Tarxien and Valletta will be in the pot for the Anniversary Cup quarter-finals draw.

The teams still in contention for the Quick Keno KO are Għargħur, Mellieħa, Senglea Athletics and Żejtun Corinthians.
