Medals for Westin chefs

The Westin culinary team, led by executive chef Keith Gatt, won 22 medals during the recent Malta Cookery and Culinary Arts Championship. Junior sous chef Gordon Amato was presented with a gold award for his work of art with bread dough. Thirteen silver medals were presented to various Westin chefs for their numerous creations. Three bronze medals and five merit certificates were also awarded.
