Maria Galea - If that where to happen, only incompetance is what may cause deaths in Malta.
In Samoa land level barely jumps over 4 meters.

In Malta, in 10 minutes *walk* you can get to somewhere high and safe enough.

It must be a very worrying time for the people that bought an apartment in front of that promenade all that worry, i wonder what would happen if we were to have the same disastrous high waves just like the one in 2009 the Tsunami disaster in Samoa, very frightening thought.
