I regularly watch films at the Eden Cinemas in St Julians. I was recently there on a Saturday evening and was appalled by the state of the toilets.

The floor was dirty with water and toilet paper strewn all over, the flushings and hand dryers were not working, one of the taps had no running water and the locks on some of the doors didn't work. There is no excuse for this: Toilets need to be cleaned and maintained regularly. Also in some of the cinemas the row letters at the back have gone astray, meaning that you have to try to figure out which is your row; not the easiest thing to do in a big cinema.

More staff is needed at the snack counters at peak times as the queues are very long and not everyone is served in time during the intermission.
