Bail for man charged with theft

A 29-year old man from Paola was this morning granted bail after pleading not guilty to stealing from a car yesterday. Despite the prosecution’s objections, Mark Cauchi was granted bail against a deposit of €1,000 and a personal guarantee of €3,000.
